XIXICHA Jin Jun Mei black tea comes from the core production area of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province, China. The tea trees grow in high mountain tea gardens at an altitude of over 1,200 meters. This place is far from pollution, enjoys abundant sunlight, and grows naturally, which has nurtured fresh and tender tea buds
Our top-grade Jin Jun Mei is picked only once a year in early spring, and only the fresh buds at the top of the tea leaves are picked. The output is scarce and precious. We strictly follow traditional craftsmanship in production, going through procedures such as withering, kneading, fermentation. The entire process is handcrafted by tea-making masters with 60 years of experience.
The dry tea presents a lustrous black color and is covered with very rich golden tea fluff on the surface. It is rich in amino acids and other nutrients. The tea soup is golden and transparent in color, exuding a rich aroma of fruit and honey. It has a mellow taste and a sweet aftertaste, accompanied by a hint of coolness, as if one were in the tea garden of Wuyi Mountain
The brewing method is simple and convenient. Take about 3 grams (about 0.1 ounces) of tea leaves, pour in about 150 milliliters (about 5.3 ounces) of water, and let it steep at a temperature of about 90°C (194℉) for 30 seconds. It is highly durable for brewing. Every 3 grams of tea can be brewed at least 12 times, offering a high cost-performance ratio
